One incredible Bat Mitzvah Celebration

Spencer Special Events had the unique opportunity to design, plan, and coordinate one dynamite Bat Mitzvah celebration for a darling young lady this past Fall.  We were so honored to plan the ultimate party for Allessandra and adored working with her entire family! Enjoy these great images by the ever so talented Landon Jacob and the details for a fun coastal inspired Bat Mitzvah Celebration.

The celebration was held at Hampton Hall Clubhouse in Bluffton, South Carolina, starting with mocktails and cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, crudités, and gourmet cheese station.  The escort card display reflected the motif of sand dollars and starfish which was carried throughout the evening.  A Floral Affair design a great focal point above the outdoor mocktail and cocktail bar.

The paper details by Emily McCarthy were exquisite.  From the custom designed invitation (which was sent in a darling hand lettered box, not an envelope!) signature monogram, escort cards, cocktail napkins, beach towels, hand towels, table markers, menus, signage, and even a custom designed vinyl dance floor, no detail was too small and no detail overlooked.

Custom draped perfectly by Party Tables, the ballroom was separated into two dining spaces, one for adults and one for Allessandra and her friends. Each section of the ballroom and table was designed to be unique and the flowers by A Floral Affair were flawless!

The real kid fun began after dinner where surprise after surprise awaited them.   There was the custom t-shirt designer ready to create every guest a t-shirt that made a great favor to enjoy!

There was a Pino Gelato Cart and Cotton Candy Station for all to indulge!

Palmetto Kettle Corn was a fun and tasty addition to the party with freshly made popcorn served up in signature monogram bags.

In a room off the dance floor awaited a surprise that definitely knocked the guests socks off! A beautiful candy buffet, full of Allessandra's hand picked favorite candies and chocolates, was a delicious treat.  And talk about eye candy!

The party would not have been complete without a tremendous entertainment team.  These guys got the crowd dancing, flipped over chairs, stood on their heads, and didn't stop moving song after song. The amazing Electric Company featuring DJ Sir Andrew spun until late into the night.

When things finally started to wind down, a respite was found outside under cafe lights and stars for a campfire and s'mores.

We hope this is one celebration that Allessandra won't soon forget and it's an event we will treasure forever. What fun we had planning a dream party for such a fabulous family!  Be sure to pick up a copy of Occasions Mitzvah's now on sale for even more details about this event and an interview with the family!
